1. I have been looking on the web and there is enough imagery specific to my locations.
- I will however have to construct a map and I will also use illustrations and photo to act as icons for navigating throughout my different directories and subdirectories. I may use photos of thumbs up for a suggested rating system.
2. I will have to keep the image size and quality constant. There are a few restaurants that I will need to visit and ask if I can shoot an entre or order the dish for myself and then document.
3. The images will be of the restaurant, a map of memphis with the restaurants, an illustration of the different animals in relation to the different meats.
4. My audience is people that would like to gain insight into the best southern food restaurants in Memphis and what to order when visiting.
5. You can navigate by choosing different meats such as beef, chicken or pork and all of these directories have subdirectories. You can also navigate with a map that I will create.
6. I am trying to help people find great food. I would like to make it easy for these people to find these restaurants in the Memphis area. They will be able to navigate in relation to their favorite southern style dishes and or find the most convenient location.
7. The only text will be in the sign of the restaurants. I will create illustrated icons for the rest of my information.

New Concept for Image Only Website:

I am considering designing a site for people that are interested in eating southern food in Memphis. You will be able to search by choosing chicken, beef or pork. There will also be a map that you can search for restaurants with. From the home page you can search for restaurants based on meats and/or location. I decided to make meat a criteria, because I feel that every restaurant has its signature plate. I will only highlight the restaurants in relation to the dishes that I find outstanding. I have an intimate knowledge of what all of these restaurants have to offer. This will be a great tool for people visiting Memphis and also a great way for restaurants to promote themselves.

WRITTEN CONCEPT FOR MY WEB PAGE

The topics or content for my images are as follow:
-illustration
-fine arts
-photography
-graphic design

I would like to incorporate my work and the work of other artists that I find inspirational.
I wouls like to find images and highlight firms by both on aesthetic appreciation and/or message.

I would like to have my thumgnail images set at 12 Picas x 12 Picas @ 72 dpi or smaller. These images could then be linked to a larger image. A possible image size for the linked images could be around 72 Picas at 72 dpi.

Each of the heading such as Illustraton may have an unordered list in a horizontal row that would display the image thumbnails.
